Thrive Bulk Edit
During the 2020-2021 academic year, I took a leave of absence from Penn to be the first product designer at Thrive TRM, a platform for executive recruiting.
Thrive is a powerful tool for managing talent for recruiting, but it’s only as valuable as the integrity of the data coming into the app. How could we make entering and maintaining data in our app easier? I led the discovery and design of a new bulk edit feature to let our users update their data more efficiently.
Some of my responsibilities
- Led user research with multiple Fortune 500 clients.
- Partnered with Sr. PM to nail down product requirements from user research.
- Led design of the feature.
- Usability tested with same large clients.
- Got personal positive feedback from clients on the feature. Made my day!
